    we have been going to the same place and we have two houses with multiple families with us, and we just love this place for the money, and we will continue to go as long as we can its a great little get away, as my wife and I are full time and are also caregivers and we need to escape for a few days a year. the management will help in what ever issue you have. and they are very friendly.

    If you want to be ignored, dial Whitley Ward. Whitley seemed to have almost no empathy for me as a client and dealing with her was easily the worst customer service experience of my entire life. It would take her nearly two weeks to respond by email to basic but very important questions I had. There was also a huge stretch of time when she did not bother to return my phone calls at all. When I did show up to see her at the office during normal business hours, she was never there. I even had to consult with another attorney while she was still under contract with me because I had lost complete faith in her. In an attempt to be balanced, I think Whitley is intelligent, and she was informative when she tried, but I honestly think she is in the wrong field of work.

    DO NOT stay here unless you like run down gross facilties. we went back after 19yrs being the last time we were there. No updats or changes with the rooms. Horrible smell and charged 86 a night for a roach motel. We will never come back.
